One of the most common questions that I get asked is ,“Renee what can I do to stop self-sabotaging myself?” I used to be a chronic self-sabotager. You know, the kind of person who could never see a goal through to the end, had nine million projects on the go all at the same time and tried to convince myself that “ah it’s no big deal’ if I quit and started something new.
As a self-love coach I make it my first order to business to research and get up close and personal with those little gremlins – those pesky things that we say to ourselves, the negative behaviours and hidden beliefs that literally stop us from whole heartedly going after what we truly want.
