I didn’t come to this work through a weekend certification or a stack of self-help books.
I came through living.
Nearly two decades of sitting across from people in the most honest moments of their lives. Nearly two decades of one to one coaching — in sessions, in groups, in couples work, in the kind of conversations most people never have with anyone. Thousands of hours of real, hands-on work with real human beings going through real things.
And before all of that? Sixteen years inside Fortune 500 corporate environments. Where I learned how high-functioning people actually operate. How patterns hide behind performance. How to read what’s really happening beneath the surface — and how to move from where you are to where you need to be, with precision.
But honestly? None of that is what shaped this work most.
My life did.
In the span of ten years I went from sick, broke, and desperately searching for answers… to healthy, whole, and building something I’m proud of. I lost 60 pounds. I bought property. I built a business. I found the man I was meant to love.
And I did all of it by doing exactly what I ask of every single person who works with me.
I went to the root.
That’s what I do. I hear what lives beneath what people say. I sense what’s operating in the background — the patterns, the beliefs, the old stories still running the show without permission. I will tell you what you need to hear, not just what feels comfortable. And I will hold you to the version of yourself that you came here to become.
