I knew something didn’t feel right inside and I couldn’t really pinpoint what that feeling was.  I never really understood the word self love, it seemed like a fluffy word and a very ‘woo woo’ word of the moment.  After meeting and following Renee, I saw that she embodied something that was very mesmerizing.  It was an energy and a personality that drew me in and I found that I always felt excited to hear her perspective on things.  I realized that she was a lady who walked the talk.  A coach who who was reminding me to feed myself, this tiny act of self love was something I would forget to do as a busy wife, mother and business owner.  She reminded me to heal myself, by watching the thoughts and overwhelm I was allowing to fill my body.  She made me feel safe to reach out to her and get what I needed without thinking I had to figure it all out myself.  That is was ok to not know the answer all the time.  Of course I was skeptical at first.  So many people out there are promising results in healing and love but but when I had my first real coaching from Renee, I felt lighter, happier and stronger.  I think I cried at how grateful I was for this moment.  Since working with Renee, I find I have a tremendously positive influence in my life, a constant reminder of what love for yourself looks and feels like, she has taught me how to worry less,  eat well, slow down and bring consciousness to my day.  It may seem like simple things but this was one of my biggest challenges and affected my life in deep ways. I  take better care of myself which means I am a better friend, partner and mother and I like being in that space.
