DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY
Today we’re going to keep it nice and simple. Every now and then, we all need those days where give our minds a little break from all of the ‘how to’s’ and ‘step to’ to be this or that and give ourselves some much needed time to just RELAX and PLAY.
Let this article be a little reminder to take some time to step away…
Let this be a reminder to breath more deeply today.
Let this be a reminder to laugh a little harder today.
Let this be a reminder to allow your bare feet to enjoy the ground today.
Let this be a reminder to go out and reconnect with nature today.
Let this be a reminder to whistle or skip or hum today.
Let this be a reminder to take a moment to feel the wind between your fingers and toes today.
Let this be a reminder to listen to the deep echoes of your own heart beat today.
Let this be a reminder to slow down…
Let this be a reminder to just enjoy the moment, as it is right now.
Let this be a reminder to not worry just for today and be happy.
Take a moment now to just sit in complete silence and be with yourself… Beautiful isn’t it?!
Now that you’ve received these reminders you have two choices. You can listen to them or you can ignore them.
Today I’m choosing to not to worry and to be happy.
