HOW TO STOP FALLING OFF THE WAGON
Have you ever noticed how you accomplished certain goals without batting a single lash, while there are others that have been on your list since Jesus’s left shoe fell down the water well, and you still can’t seem to stick to the plan long enough make this one happen? If you answer is ‘yes‘, I have great news for you.

I don’t know any human being on the planet who has accomplished every single one of their goals without falling off the wagon, experiencing challenges or feeling like they wanted to give up at least once. So if you have a goal that you’ve been struggling with for a long time like losing weight, quitting smoking, paying off your debt, getting pregnant etc -cut yourself some slack... Ok… The challenges that we face and all of our failures are a part of the process. Failure isn’t a you thing, it’s a human thing… So toss out all of the thoughts about how much you must suck or those festering fears that there must be something wrong with you, that you’re not enough… Oh and my personal favourite, that you just can’t do it…
Time for a reality check!
You are divine, wildly resilient and a miracle in motion. You didn’t read this article by accident. And I’m going to be really BOLD and say that you know that too. Alrighty, it’s time wipe the tears away, take a deep breath and simply try again. Watch this!
